Processing Time for orders

Please allow for up to 1 working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for your order to be processed and 2-7 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location*. Not include backorder items.
*Certain addresses may take slightly longer.
**Karnox will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

We are unable to accommodate special request for delivery, such as call in advance, deliver on specific date/time, as the delivery will be arranged by our third party logistic.

Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling is calculated based on your order size and your shipping destination. This cost will be displayed to you during check out.
Please note: If your order does not populate a correct Shipping Costs your order may be placed on hold. A member of our Customer Service team will then be in contact regarding your order.

Shipping Zone We Covered

We ship to all states in West Malaysia.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available.

How can I Track My Order

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately!

Can I modify shipping detail after placed order

Unfortunately, because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we don’t accept any modification on the shipping address or other details on your order.

Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

Backordered Items

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available.

No Shipping Days

Karnox will be closed the following days on Sunday and Malaysia Calendar Public Holiday. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
